Brigadier General (Ret.) Mike Oster is a nationally recognized leadership expert, keynote speaker, and author with more than 36 years of experience leading in high-pressure environments. Mike began his military career in the Army National Guard as a high school student, rising to serve as a Battalion Commander in Afghanistan, Brigade Commander, and Deputy Commanding General at Joint Base Lewis–McChord. He holds a Master of Science from South Dakota State University and completed studies through the U.S. Army War College. Mike also leads and owns a private business that reaches an impressive 7-figure revenue.
