Brent Franzel is a founder and Principal at Cardinal Point Partners, a Washington, D.C.- based government relations firm. He has more than three decades of experience in federal and state government. Brent began his career in 1981 on the legislative staff of then Missouri Governor Christopher S. Bond. In 1986, he was Director of Research and Policy Development on Bond's first Senate campaign. He served as Legislative Counsel in Bond's Senate Office from 1987 to 1994. Brent worked with Don Nissanka as a business partner when he went on his own to build multiple businesses from its inception, and has played an integral part in securing state, local and federal funding for related businesses.
