The Fund launched an Investment Grade Senior Secured Asset-Backed Bond to expand its operating verticals and become a global ESG focused player. The strategy is to combine existing US renewable energy businesses controlled by management today with several global operations that can position growth in diversified sectors in the ESG space. These directed investment initiatives will grow the business over the next 10 years using the capital raised from the bond, fully backed by Elite’s balance sheet assets and operating revenues. The projected plan is expected to create a growth plan that can surpass investor expectations on a global scale and provide for lower cost capital to expand operations.

The Investment Grade Bond was issued in June 2025 as a $1.5 billion fully secured note, subject to 144A / Reg S rules. The bond’s ISIN and CUSIP can be obtained on Bloomberg and is available for offering immediately. The proceeds from the sale of the bond are used for investments in agriculture, renewable energy and strategic growth opportunities in the Americas, Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Elite will take advantage opportunistically of the global capital markets to secure lower cost financing for its projects and will service the coupon of the bond from the income streams coming from the controlled verticals within its portfolio companies.
