Quinten Fisher

Corporate Counsel

Quinten Fisher, Corporate Counsel, brings years of experience advising the Fund and its affiliates on matters ranging from corporate and commercial matters to regulatory compliance. Quinten carries multifaceted legal knowledge and experience into his role as corporate counsel, spearheading all contract negotiations and advising the board on matters of policy, governance and regulations. As counsel to the Fund, Quinten works closely with the Directors, Cayman Counsel, and all stakeholders to implement CIMA Companies Act rules and regulations with strict adherence within the Elite organization. Throughout his career, he has garnered a broad background in the law, including high-stakes breach of contract litigation, civil litigation, comprehensive advisement on and litigation involving regulatory matters, and preparation of government contracts. His legal training includes certificates in Business and Commercial Law and International Trade and Finance. Quinten received his law degree in 2018 and is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
