Kanika Green

Director / Cayman Counsel

Kanika Green, Fund Director and Cayman Counsel, acts as Caymans legal advisor, advising on the establishment, launch and maintenance of the Fund. She advises on general corporate/commercial matters and ongoing regulatory compliance. Kanika is the Managing Director of Corporate Management Solutions (Cayman) Ltd. (“CMS”), a fiduciary and Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer for Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). She also has experience acting as an independent director of Cayman domiciled funds and structured finance vehicles working alongside the investment managers, investment banks, corporations, and leading law firms. Her experience gained has involved Kanika from pre-establishment of a structure right through its life cycle which has included acting as a director and ultimately acting as a liquidator. Kanika has a law degree (LLB Hons.) from Wolverhampton University in London and was called to the bar in 2014. Kanika’s professional memberships include, Member of the Caymanian Bar Association, Member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, Member of the International Bar Association, Member of the 100 Women in Hedge Funds, Cayman Islands Directors’ Association.
